In this one-hour session, we introduce the Consultant Development System — a practical tool for supporting consultant development at every level. You’ll learn how to bring more clarity, consistency and stretch to your development conversations, whether you're building something new or refreshing what’s already in place.


What the session covers

A clear structure for development
We walk through how to use the model to bring shape and depth to development conversations. It helps you pinpoint what someone is doing well now, where they’re stretching, and how they’re starting to outgrow their role so feedback becomes more specific and meaningful.

The 5 common blockers
We name the five patterns that consistently get in the way of consultant development and explore how this model helps you avoid them.

How the system fits in
You’ll see how this lens can work alongside your existing systems for feedback, support and promotion. We explore what happens when those systems are out of sync and how to bring them into alignment.

Real-world use
We share how clients are using the model in practice — in 1:1s, mentoring conversations, and growth reviews.
